The apartment is 66 m2 plus a 17m2 terrace which overlooks the gardens.

The apartment sleeps 4. There is a queen size bed (160x200) in one bedroom, and 2 single beds in the other bedroom.

In addition to the beaches, casino, night clubs, cafes and restaurants of Juan les Pins it is a 20-30 minute walk to the old town of Antibes, which along with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, has a large open-air market near the yacht marina at Port Vauban. There is also a nice walk around Cap d'Antibes to Antibes town.

There are good train connections from the local station in Juan les Pins which is within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

From Juan les Pins it is only a short drive to either Cannes (8km) or Nice (20 km), and other towns and cities are close by (Biot, Vallauris, Valbonne, Sophia-Antipolis, St. Paul du Vence, Villefranche, Biot, Grasse, etc)
