Weekly rental includes cleaning at the end of the letting period and provision of clean linen.
A deposit is required with each confirmed booking, and full payment in advance of the stay.
Rent is from Saturday 1600 hours to 1000 Saturday

For rental for longer than 1 week, the price for each subsequent week is reduced by 200 euros ($US250*)
 Additional Options:
For stays longer than one week additional cleaning and linen can be provided for an extra charge.
- Additional cleaning can be arranged on request for a charge of €60 - €80 ($US75 - $US100*).
- Additional linen (sheets and towels) can be provided for a charge of €20 ($US25*) per person, plus a delivery charge of €20 - €40 ($US25 - $US50*).
- 24 hr Airport transfer from Nice airport can be arranged on request for an additional €80 ($US100*).
